Fishing
With miles of shoreline and both salt- and freshwater environments, St. Andrew Bay offers some of the best fishing you can find in northwest Florida. Visit the Jetty Store or Camp Store for all of your bait and tackle needs before you head out for the day.
Snorkeling
Go snorkeling off the shores of Shell Island and immerse yourself in the marine paradise of St. Andrew Bay. Rent snorkel gear from the Shell Island Shuttle company and explore the waters along the jetty or near Shell Island. See tropical fish, rays, dolphins, and more while enjoying fun with the whole family.
Kayaking
Skim across the water under your own power in a Kayak. The Shell Island Shuttle company has everything you need to tour Shell Island and the surrounding waters by kayak. Head out solo or rent a tandem kayak and bring a friend to help you paddle. It’s good exercise and an excellent way to spot dolphins and other marine life.
Camping

With more than 130 campsites available in the park, you are sure to find one that’s just right. It’s the best place to set up your headquarters for exploring the park, Shell Island, and Panama City Beach.
Beach Time
Finally, the pure white sand and calm water along the Park’s Gulf shoreline makes it hard to resist simply enjoying a relaxing day at the beach. All you need is a blanket, beach chairs, and an umbrella to have a perfect beach day on Shell Island.
